Refund policy

Return window: 30 days from delivery.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
What can be returned
We accept returns on items that are:
Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging, with any tags or seals intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)
What cannot be returned
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Personal care or hygiene items where the seal has been broken
Items damaged through misuse after delivery
How to start a return
Email us at neegullifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Please do not ship items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.
Return shipping costs
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered: we cover return shipping in full, and we'll send a prepaid label.
If you're returning for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed): you're responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Email neegullifestyle@gmail.com to arrange this. The same 30-day window and condition requirements apply.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
